Professional whitening supervised by a dentist is very safe. We use clinically proven products at concentrations approved for dental use. Over-the-counter kits and salon treatments don't have the same safety profile.

Some patients experience mild, temporary sensitivity for 24–48 hours. We use desensitising products to minimise this, and most patients find treatment very comfortable.

Results typically last 1–3 years, depending on your diet and lifestyle. Coffee, tea, red wine, and smoking will shorten this. Take-home top-up kits help maintain your brightness.

Whitening only works on natural tooth enamel. Crowns, veneers, and fillings won't change colour. If you have existing dental work, we'll discuss the best approach during your consultation.
